Below you can find all the terms and conditions of the website. Please read them carefully before purchasing. Please note that by purchasing one of our products, you agree to all the terms and conditions described below.
1 - Materials
All pieces are made of 925 sterling silver. In addition to their original color, the jewelry can have other finishes such as gold plating or oxidation.
2 - Prices
Rafaela Marques Jewellery prices are subject to change without notice, as well as the application of discounts. All items include VAT, except for customers outside Portugal.
Jewelry prices follow the brand's recommended retail price, which may not correspond to the prices of other establishments. This possible difference depends on the sales policy of each establishment and is beyond our control.
3 - Orders
For custom orders and/or large orders, please send an email to geral@rafaelamarquesjewellery.com
For customizations, a minimum deposit of 50% is required (after the customer approves the quote) and the remainder is due upon completion of the piece. After payment, the order takes between 25 and 35 business days to be produced.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of customized pieces, alterations outside of our standard options available on the website, among others.
After delivery of the piece, if the customer requests further changes, a new quote will be provided.
4 - Payment methods
Payment for orders can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Multibanco, Paypal, and MB WAY, (among others), which you can find at the bottom of the website.
Rafaela Marques Jewellery guarantees the confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet.
5 - Shipping
All orders are shipped after purchase on the website by CTT express, with insurance and order tracking. All orders placed before 3 p.m. (Portugal time) are shipped on the same day.
Orders processed after that time, or on weekends, are shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code so you can track your shipment.
Shipping costs are added to the total order amount and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Shipping is free for orders over €69 to mainland Portugal and Spain.

Portugal and mainland Spain - 48 hours
Portugal Islands - 5 to 12 business days
Portugal (mainland) 24 hours - 24 hours and Saturdays
Europe - from 5 business days
Rest of the world - 1 to 6 weeks
Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to delays during festive seasons, holidays, etc.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please ensure your address is correct before making your purchase.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide. If no one is available to receive it, the carrier will leave a note for you to pick up your order.
We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that your country may charge.
If the order is not picked up at a point/store within the stipulated period, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the new associated costs.

6 - Exchanges and returns
The customer has 15 days after receiving the order to exchange or return it.
Only exchanges of equal or greater value than the purchase are accepted, with the customer having to pay the difference in the latter case.
To exchange/return an item, the customer must contact us by email at geral@rafaelamarquesjewellery.com, explaining the reason.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted for items that are in the same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of use.
Exchanges or returns of personalized products (custom-made items, engravings, etc.) are not accepted.
The customer is responsible for shipping, including costs, loss, damage that may occur during transport, and delays.
Please note that all our pieces are carefully handmade, so they may not be exactly the same as the item displayed.
All products are checked upon arrival, and only those that meet the above conditions will be accepted.
Rafaela Marques Jewellery reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet the conditions.
If the exchange is due to a defect or mistake, Rafaela Marques Jewellery will cover the associated return shipping costs.
Gift card exchanges/returns are not accepted.
7 - Warranty
All items come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. A voucher with the warranty expiration date is sent along with the order.
This voucher must be presented in order to take advantage of the warranty/exchanges.
The warranty does not cover:
Items that have been misused or that do not comply with the instructions accompanying the order.
Oxidation of parts, as well as plating (these are natural signs of wear and tear).
Items that are past their warranty period.

8 - Repairs
We offer an after-sales service for the repair and maintenance of your jewelry. Please contact us at geral@rafaelamarquesjewellery.com
Some items may require a repair/maintenance fee if they do not meet the requirements of point 7.
Whenever repairs involve a cost, they will only be started after the customer has confirmed the quote.
9 - GIFT CARD
The gift card can only be used in the online store.
The card can be used for any product except gift cards. The value of the card is non-refundable.
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
10 - POINTS OF SALE
It is possible to purchase our jewelry at other retail outlets. However, the sales and pricing policies practiced at these establishments have nothing to do with the policies of our online store.
Rafaela Marques Jewellery is not responsible for issues relating to the sales policies of resellers.

11 - STORE POLICY
Rafaela Marques Jewellery respects users' right to information about the collection and processing of their personal data, ensuring that personal data is processed in Portugal in a correct and lawful manner, in accordance with best practices.
