Refund policy
EXCHANGES/RETURNS
The customer has 15 days after receiving the order to make an exchange or return.
To exchange/return the item, the customer must contact geral@rafaelamarquesjewellery.com and send the warranty card or invoice.
Exchanges and returns will only be made for items that are in the same condition as they were sent, with no signs of use.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted for personalized products (custom-made items, engravings, etc.).
Shipping is the customer's responsibility, including costs, loss, damage during transportation, delays.
Since this is a handmade production, it is likely that the pieces will not be exactly the same as the item shown.
All products are checked on arrival and only those that meet the above conditions will be accepted. Rafaela Marques Jewellery reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.
After verification, the return will be made by the same form of payment.
Gift card exchanges/returns are not accepted.
